Covenants

EMHA is specifically chartered with the responsibility to enforce recorded covenants. The Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association (EMHA), incorporated in 1974, is intended to protect the interests of Evergreen Meadows property owners, to protect and enhance the value of the area, and to enforce the protective covenants.

Evergreen Meadows is a beautiful neighborhood in large part due to the neighborhood covenants. All homeowners within Evergreen Meadows are subject to the Covenants which are available below.
