The 2019 ARB Guidelines document will use the following sentence in the 2019 ARB Guidelines in Appendix B item B1.  "Enclosed fenced areas shall not exceed 20% maximum of the property’s remaining acreage after 20 foot road and 50 foot property line setbacks are drawn".

As a reminder, the 3 options had the same setback requirements where fencing shall not be placed closer than 20 feet to any property line along a public road, nor closer than 50 feet to any other property line. Fencing includes above grade and invisible fencing.

There were actually 112 entries submitted. Twelve rows were not counted  due to  11 duplicate address rows and one vote that was received after the August 31, 2019 deadline.
