- Slash Collection Day was successful, resulting in an estimated 58 cubic yards of slash being removed from Evergreen Meadows.
- Volunteers are needed to help plan and execute the annual picnic. A
resident will mow the ball field in preparation for the picnic.
- As December approaches, EMHA will remind residents to be energy conscious when creating holiday light displays.
- Debby reported that the Meadowlark ad revenue year-to-date is $425, and Meadowlark print/mail costs year-to-date are $779.98.

- New Business items:
- Debby reported that the Evergreen Meadows road resurfacing project
is 2 - 4 weeks behind schedule due to weather and scheduling conflicts.
- Speaker: Dale Wizieck (JeffCo Sheriff Deputy) - residents can
request a "vacation check" (deputy drives by your house three times per
day) or "extra patrol" from JeffCo Sheriff’s office by calling
303.271.0211 (non-emergency number).
- Neighborhood watch equals "eyes and ears." Call 303.271.0211 as
soon as you see something suspicious: don't wait! Open garage doors,
unlocked doors or unlocked cars are the easiest opportunities for crime,
so don't be a victim by leaving yours open or unlocked.
- Deputy Wizieck can help residents address "No’s" on residential
security survey available at
http://jeffco.us/jeffco/sheriff_uploads/security_survey_home.pdf.
- Unfinished Business items:

Meeting adjourned at 8:57 PM
