The EMHA board typically has meetings quarterly (all EMHA members are invited).

Every year we have an Easter Egg Hunt held on our ballfield at Prairie Dog Way, a neighborhood picnic also on the ballfield, an annual EMHA meeting to be held in October, and a holiday lighting contest to be held in December. In addition, if there are enough neighbors interested, we hold a garage sale in the summer. This year we also had a hike up Berrian Mountain.

COVENANTS

What is a covenant?
Covenants are a list of rules to which all residents of Evergreen Meadows must adhere regardless of the resident's status with the Evergreen Meadows Homeowner Association. To see the covenants go to Covenants.

How do I submit a covenant complaint?
You can
  1. send an email to our covenants chair at ,
  2. send a letter to the EMHA Covenants Committee, PO Box 2228, Evergreen, CO 80437,
  3. call the chair at 303-991-7699 (we will also ask you to submit the complaint in writing), or
  4. come to a board meeting. Go to Calendar to find the next board meeting date.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW

What is an architectural review?
All architectural changes that impact the exterior of your home (including garages, sheds, fences, or other structures on your property) must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. Send an email to to request a review.

Where can I get a copy of our neighborhood architectural guidelines?
To see the architectural guidelines to which all residents are subject, go to Architectural and Construction Guidelines. A copy can be downloaded and printed.

How does the architectural review process work?
A resident can contact the Architectural Review Chair () and request a review. Plans must be submitted for the review of the board. A meeting of the Architectural Review Board will be scheduled and they will notify you of the status of your project within two weeks.

How do I submit an architectural review request?
You can:
  1. send an email to our archtectural review chair at ,
  2. send a letter to the EMHA Architectural Review Committee, PO Box 2228, Evergreen, CO 80437,
  3. call the chair at 303-991-7699 (we will ask you to submit the request in writing), or
  4. you can come to a board meeting. Go to Calendar to find the next board meeting date.

How long do I need to wait after submitting an architectural review request?
Up to two weeks.

NEIGHBORHOOD RESOURCES

Where are the public spaces in our neighborhood?
They are scattered throughout the neighborhood on both sides of Highway 73. Some of the public spaces are the ball field, a small tract of land next to Evergreen Springs, a tract of land between Armadillo/Gray Fox and Grizzly that is a drainage area, some land near the ponds (but not the ponds themselves) and some land on the west side that is backed up to by residences.
