HOA Board Nominations

We just purchased on Whirlaway Trail and will be moving in as soon as the kitchen renovation is complete, hopefully over the holiday break! I currently serve on the HOA board at our condo complex in Winter Park and have previous board experience at our home in Kansas City. I've also served on PTO at 2 different schools and was VP/President at Cottonwood Creek Elementary in the Cherry Creek School District. I'm a former business teacher and currently a Realtor in Colorado, but looking to sub in the school district as a way to start meeting people. Please reach out with any questions and my family and I are so excited to begin this next chapter in the community!

Elizabeth Allgeier

I have lived in Evergreen Meadows for 2 years. My husband and I grew up in Kentucky but lived in Wyoming for 4 years and fell in love with the mountains in Colorado and knew we wanted to raise our family here. We have 2 young daughters and love to take them hiking every chance we get.

I am a Registered Nurse with an MBA from the University of Louisville and currently a full time mom. I have been on the Social Committee and Architectural Review Committee for the last year and look forward to being more involved if elected to the board.
