Dues

The Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association membership dues are $100.  Membership begins January 1st of each year.

Paying the HOA (dues, sponsorship, other)

1.  Zelle: done through the bank and is free to use. Please include your name and address in the memo or subject line with your payment.  Zelle website for more information.

BMO, Evergreen Meadows HOA, email: treasurer@emha.us. They will deposit the money directly into the HOA's account.

2. Cash or Check, written and delivered to the address below.
