Evergreen Meadows is a covenant controlled neighborhood located south of downtown Evergreen and north of Conifer along Highway 73 in western Jefferson county. Membership in the HOA is voluntary and $100 per year. All lots are 2 acres or more, with many homes enjoying sweeping views of the Rockies including nearby Mount Evans. The goal of this website is to provide a resource for current and future Homeowners.
Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association's Primary Objectives (as stated in the Bylaws)
...to represent the interests of the property Owners who have paid all dues and are Members of the Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association as herein described, to protect and enhance the value of the area, to enforce the protective covenants, and also to have and exercise the rights and powers provided for in said Articles of Incorporation. However, pursuit of the primary objectives stated above shall not be to the exclusion of the interests of property Owners who are not Members of the Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association.
