Dues

The Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association membership dues are $100.  Membership begins January 1st of each year.

Paying the HOA (dues, sponsorship, other)

1. Zelle is our preferred method of payment into our Wells Fargo account as it causes no transaction fee.  Use treasurer@emha.us to set up your payment but please note your address and the year to apply your dues to.

2. Cash or Check, written and delivered to the address below.
