The Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association membership dues are $100.  Membership begins January 1st of each year.

Paying the HOA (dues, sponsorship, other)

1. Zelle is no longer an option, but we are working on this.  Please refrain from sending any payments using Zelle.

2. Cash or Check, written and delivered to the address below.
